You have 15 Minutes To Respond To A Crisis: A Checklist of Dos And Don'ts

Critical incidents are happening all to often and an organisations ability to respond can make or break those charged with leading and steering through it.

Effective crisis management training is crucial should be fluid learning lessons from the past whilst acknowledging evolving best practice by sitting within a flexible framework. This article by Davia Temin in Forbes provides a good list of dos and donts which cover the crucial Golden period which occurs directly after the incident occurs and when the decisions made directly influence the ultimate success  of that response.

We promote a 10 step investigative response which provides the structure needed to ensure that alongside a critical incident response plan the vital areas of effective management are covered and crucial information is collected,recorded  and retained.
