A severed head, two cops and the radical future of interrogation

A severed head, two cops and the radical future of interrogation                                       by Robert Kolker posted on the wired webpage 24th May 2016.

This is an extremely well researched article presented in an unbiased way on the much discussed subject of interrogation vs Interviewing. It introduces the new methodology of HIG which I for one hopes replaces the Reid Technique and its variants as the method of choice state side.

We at CFIL distance ourselves from the coercive methods of interview/interrogation which are taught in the financial and retail/ loss prevention and promote our own model “Effective Investigative Conversations” which is fast becoming the method of choice of financial sector investigations, regulation and compliance professionals.
