Leading Fraud Investigations

1 or 2 Day Course - This course has been specifically designed for those tasked with the management of investigations and investigators within a non-law enforcement environment.


Benefiting from a unique immersive and interactive delivery methodology, it provides delegates with the core skills required to deal with strategic issues in a structured manner, develop policy and make appropriate decisions.

Candidates will, through participation in a realistic course long case study, be led through the stages of an enquiry and be required to direct and manage its progress. In doing so they will be required to ensure that all aspects of their enquiry are dealt with in an ethical and transparent manner in line with the organization’s policy and expectations.

This is an intense and demanding course requiring real time decision making and direction at key Investigative stages during the course.

  • Evidence an ability to identity and prioritise actions

  • Evidence an ability to conduct briefings and debriefs

This intermediate level course has been specifically developed for professionals with investigative management responsibility within the public and private sectors.
