CFIL were approached by Metrobank with a view to designing a bespoke series of courses which would fit within the organisations collaborative working approach to business.

Following a comprehensive training needs analysis process a unique 3 day course was designed which included an assessed practical interview element.This saw colleagues from the bank undertaking the roles of interviewee which not only added reality to the process but also allowed exposure to the techniques and approach to a wider audience within the organisation.

The courses received extremely positive feedback and CFIL look forward to working with Metrobank going forward ensuring that the methodology is embedded within the day to day workplace practice.
