Directly resulting from participant feedback provided by the Far East representative of Eastman Chemical CFIL was approached to create a bespoke course based around the Effective Investigative Conversatiins model to be delivered to staff from HR ,compliance and security at their offices in Rotterdam.
focusing on key aspects of the process the course explored the benefits of undertaking research to inform the planning and decision making proces and the principles of effective interpersonal interaction to gain fine grain information in a non confrontation conversational manner.
The 2 day course received extremely positive feedback from those in attendance.
